Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Crops on fire

If you or a mob that is on fire walks through your crops, the crops get on fire, and basically they get ruined unless you're very fast with putting the fire out. I think it's a good small idea that would make people dedicate more time into working on their farms, giving it the necessary protection.

    I don't see this happening just because the soil in the crops are moist and are next to water so them being on fire would be very unlikely.

    Undead burn in sunlight so if they spawn in your farm then they'll destroy it when the sunrises, very brutal but very intriguing.
    Farmers would need to light up their farms and or use fences but also kill or lure all the zombies away before it burn it.

    of course this would only happen when the gamerule fire spread is on.
    maybe it should also make a burnt universal crop that needs to be cleared after but to make that useful it could be used in a composter for a lot of bonemeal, creating new benefits to doing a controlled burn, even when fire spread is off too.

    maybe only fully grown crops light on fire because it's dry
