Enderman head drop

I think the ender man should have a rare chance of it dropping is head or by a charged crrseper. When it is on a player's head and another player stares at it , the enderman head shoyld open its not and make ender man noises. Also you should be able to place ender man had like normal but when you look at it , the enderman mouth opens and let's off a extremely strong redstone cirrent. This could be used for eye scammers and really help redstone builders. P.s if you do the redstone idea then make it that if a big also looks at the ever man had it also triggers the redstone cirrent
