Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

With the recent addition of the Sulfur Cube, I definitely think this is something they could/should add, but I have a few different ideas on the implementation. With a bucket of pufferfish in the inventory, the pufferfish will be loaded into the crossbow with the same priority order as having any fireworks or arrows in the inventory. When the pufferfish is prioritized to be loaded, the bucket of pufferfish will turn into a normal bucket of water with the pufferfish loaded (note this will not work with a multishot crossbow). Firing the crossbow will launch the pufferfish as any arrow would from it, perhaps with some more weight. Any target hit will be poisoned and take more damage based on the speed of the pufferfish (just like arrows do). I think this should be a standard change with pufferfish to deal damage to entities based on the speed they collide with them. Puffers could have some more bounciness added to their physics, but not as crazy as the sulfur cube, as well as having reduced fall damage or taking none at all if players want to drop them onto eachother. Furthermore, it would be another nice addition to be able to place fish and creatures from water buckets without the water, perhaps by shift-clicking with the bucket. This would make it easier to drop them onto other players without the water getting in the way. Essentially, fighting with pufferfish seems like it has a lot of potential for silly fun!
