When bamboo grows, any entity on it should take damage

This already happens with trees because logs are a full block. However, this should also IMO happen with bamboo. Fun fact: growing bamboo was historically used as a form of torture, as the plant grows so quickly that it can impale a person.

While I don't condone torture in minecraft, it would make for a "fun" trap idea. Plus a death message like "Player got bamboo'd" is really funny.
