Fortune enchantment for TNT

While exploring the new features in the update, I noticed that TNT now drops 100% of the blocks it destroys.
I began thinking of how much potential TNT had as a block and what would make it even more interesting to use in the future. Using TNT to mine removes the possibility of getting extra drops because it can break unseen ores that could be mined using picks fortune enchantment.
The suggestion: Add the option to enchant stacked TNT with the fortune enchantment using the anvil.

    This could be useful, especially if there was a silk touch enchantment on tnt to go with it.
