What if villagers all had a random chance of accepting items that aren't on their list of trade offers? Of course, they'd correspond to their profession, but these secret trades would be rare deals which offer a fair amount more emeralds than a villager would normally trade for whatever items you're offering, but again - these trades wouldn't display in the interface and what's more is that these trades are transactions which can only occur once. That is - let's say you're dealing with a farmer, and you decide to offer him a loom. Surprisingly, he offers emeralds in return! You take the offer, but when you try to offer him a second loom, nothing happens. The trade path no longer exists. But, of course, it would be no fun if you had a village full of exhausted secret trades, so to rectify this, there's a very small chance that with each successful trade you make, the villager has a small chance of generating a new secret trade. Again, you won't know what it is until you stumble upon it. Now, it's not really fun to go looking for trade paths by just dumping items into trade slots to see what sticks, so this feature is less of a functional one and more of an easter egg. Just something kinda nifty to add to give the trading system a little more character
