Hollow earth

The entrance will be a ancient structure in bedrock level that passes through bedrock.
Requires an elytra or die of fall damage.
Hollow earth contains: ancient civilizations,the core(if you destroy it. A big explosion will occur),dinosaurs

    Once you get inside the Hollow Earth, you will be met with beautiful structures (like in a large city) and lush nature. Like a utopian future. Very peaceful mobs. The villagers would look more futuristic.

     

    New materials or rare/special weapons that are very powerful.

    I like the idea of a hollow earth dimension, but theres a few problems with your description. First, no dinosaurs, sorry. The exploding core, doesn't seem to make much sense and have no point. Here's what I think the hollow earth should be like. First, it should be called the "Underworld." It would be lush, full of life, new exotic mobs, hostile and passive. Here's a cool idea... there would be clouds between the ground and ceiling and if you were to go above these clouds, everything would flip and the player would FALL to the ceiling, and thus it appears that the ceiling has become the ground, and the ground has become the ceiling. Now, I understand if this wouldn't be possible for Minecraft but maybe.
