The removal of axes and shovels secondary functions

1. Shovel secondary function can be used as a way to ruin natural landscape very easily.

Ex. (Constsant spam with the secondary function on a landscape without the need of mining blocks)

1. Axe secondary function can be used to ruin nearby trees or houses without a way to change the wood back to its original state.

Ex. (A person decides to carve your logs that were used aesthetically as a support beam, you have no way to fix the issue without the need for using wood logs to replace the beam. This would mean you would have lost wood but the griefer would loose nothing.)

Solution to all the above - remove secondary functions and add crafting recipes to pathways and stripped logs, as well as a way to turn them back to thier orginal state or add an easier way to fix what had happened to the original block.
