Improve Curse of Vanishing

Curse of Vanishing could use some tweaking, and I have 2 ideas. First, you can get it in an enchanting table with a level 30 enchant. However, you won't see it In the table GUI. Instead, it has about a 5-10% chance to appear alongside the guaranteed enchant. It cannot be put on books this way, only tools, weapons, and armor. Second, Curse of Vanishing items will not immediately disappear if a player dies. Instead, it will be dropped like everything else, but it will despawn in 1 minute, 5x faster than normal. This at least gives the player a chance to get it back, but depending on where they died, it's still unlikely. If an Adventure map has Keep Inventory on, it will still disappear if the player dies.
