New Enchantment for gathering EXP (Expertise)

The Expertise enchantment could be put on any tool/weapon what you generally use to gather exp this would be a great enchantment for grinding and gathering levels and would generally be a harder enchant to get or maybe even a enchantment you can only find in dungeons as a ancient relic and can't get through the enchantment table ? Just handing ideas.

Example:

level 1 exp boost about 20%

level 2 exp boost by about 40%

level 3 exp boost by about 60% 

etc
