Water and Items Despawn

Items in water take longer to despawn this would be useful in water streams

    hey, i was playing mineraft(duh) when i though of this but, i think that if you die, the despawn time for the items you drop should be longer than if you were to just take them out of your inventory. i think the time should be raised to about 7~10 minutes. thanks for taking the time to go through these
