Enchanted Orb/Pocket Dimensions

There are a lot of really cool biomes and dimensions that I would like to visit, but they are too bizarre or complicated to implement as a biome, but also not developed enouph to bean entire dimension. So, my idea is to meet in the middle: The Enchanted Orb, crafted from multiple nether stars, can be placed on certain blocks and used to visit old- world sized pocket dimensions. When a bed is used inside the pocket dimension you return to the Orb. Some pocket dimension incude:

Prismarine Ocean, with a sea floor composed of prosmarine rock, and inhabited solely by Guardians

Crystal Caverns, a chain of tunnels filled with various rare ores, and cave spiders

Limbo, a flat bedrock plain, whose sky is filled with hundreds of phantoms

Mooshroom Forest, composed entirely of giant mushrooms
