(enchantment) "Power of experience"

This enchantment allows to use your gained EXP level for increasing your damage. F.e. "The power of experience I" add +1 damage point if you have five exp levels (remember: each new exp level is gained harder than previous and you can loose it by death). "The power of exp II" adds +2 dmg for each three levels.
This enchantment shoud cost minimum 20 levels. The second stage can be given using the forge.
