Recharging Elytra

A weaker version of the elytra it has a mildy tricky crafting recipe 2 phantom membranes , 4 leather, 1 slimeball and 2 lapis lazuli, it functions mostly the same as the Elytra, but there is some differences , There is a time limit when you are flying ( 30 seconds at first) When the time for the Elytra ends, The elytra will being slow falling , you can recharge it by giving it 5 lapis lazuli, you can upgrade it to last longer by giving it more lapis (10 lapis, then 25 lapis, then 32 lapis, then 64 lapis) it is not compatible with any enchantments, it can be repaired with 1 lapis lazuli in an anvil, it doesn’t use any xp. Those upgrades will change the times in this sequence 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, then an hour. As you upgrade it the prices for recharging it rise by 2 per upgrade
