(Java) Endless Raids

After the 5 raids for Java there is no break before the next session of raids begin. How can I play Minecraft if it is just endless raids? I have 16 banners and 2 totems. I finally logged off because after over an hour and a half I just cant deal with ANOTHER raid. I don't want to play Raidcraft.
