The "Mirror" Shield Enchantment

A cool thing that I always liked about shields in some popular action adventure games is that they had a function that made projectiles bounce off the shield back at the attacker.

So why not make it an enchantment for Minecraft's shields?

This is how it could work:
It would be a single-tier enchantment that when applied to a shield, makes projectiles that hit it bounce back off it wherever the player is facing with the same momentum of when it hit the shield, as long as they hit the shield. This would go for blaze fireballs, snowballs, ghast fireballs, etc.

For arrows, it could actually improve the current effect, retaining the momentum of the shot arrow, instead of bleeding a lot of momentum like it currently does in-game.

    I think the same amount of power as they hit the shield seems a little too powerful.

    That'd be strong, but if it's a rare enough enchantement, it could work. Besides, a shield isn't often aimed like a bow, so unless you're bouncing a fireball, chances are you won't hit your target.
