Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

1 arrow + 1 paper = 1 message arrow. Message arrows should have a stack size of 1, and you get a sign prompt to enter the message when you have crafted the message arrow. (There should be a way to read the message on each message arrow you craft, so you don't shoot the wrong one by accident.)

Message arrows should be launchable by bows, crossbows, and dispensers.

A launched message arrow will travel until it hits a player, mob, or solid block.

Whoever picks up a launched message arrow from a solid block gets an arrow and a blank piece of paper in their inventory (or are dropped on the ground), and the message itself is output to their chat window only.

If a player gets shot with a message arrow, they are damaged as if by a normal arrow, they get the achievement "Message For You Sir!", the arrow and paper go into their inventory (or are dropped), and the message on the message arrow is output to their chat window only.

A message arrow that hits a mob does damage to the mob as normal, and the arrow, paper, and the message itself are lost.
