Riptide 3 Should Automatically Turn On Elytra

When you use riptide it's most likely to fly in the rain or thunderstorms, so why not make that easier and have elytra automatically activate with riptide 3. It wouldn't be too OP because it would only work with riptide 3 and it would be balanced. Side Note: I got this idea partly from the Youtuber Mumbo Jumbo
