Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

I was thinking of a similar thing. My thought was the same as an ender chest but you could feed it and take from it with hoppers. The only restriction is only 2 could be placed in the world if you place a third the first one would despawn or break. Would be great for mining if you hooked it to your storage system or a bunch of chests in your base. Couldn't take stuff back out because it would be emptied by the hoppers but could go for a long time. Also for building if you put it under a storage silo for cobble or the other blocks you use and just be able to keep pulling until the silo is empty but then couldn't place into it because it would be kept full. Might be fun.

I've had a few ideas regarding this, but my favourite is probably the craziest.

What if you could jump into a nether chest and it would act like a portal, but instead of telleporting you between the nether and overworld, it would take you to a tiny, player specific pocket dimensions. The dimension could be around 10×10 and the walls would be unbreakable. You could build whatever you want in your dimension and use it like a tiny portable base/storage
