Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

lightning striking trees

trees struck by lightning should lose some of its leaves that surrounded the strike and the bark should turn into burnt wood (New block)

    Actually, this is an idea I had also. I'll quickly discard my post, but that certain block would be the Charcoal Block. We have the Coal Block, so it would only make sense.
