Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Collars & Ore

I think a really cool idea would be if you could shift right click an animal with an ore, and it would be placed on their collar. For example; Shift right clicking a cat with an emerald would give it a green chip on its collar. this could work with diamonds, gold, iron, and redstone.

    This isn't so much a pet idea, as it is an adjustment to the collar, so clarified and moved topic. I'm betting there's way more to this idea, so if needed, we can always move it back.

    Would this just be like a decorative pendant, or would it serve other purposes like giving attributes to the pet?

    I like this... it adds personality to your pets as well, as long as the color of the collar and the chip is independent, so you could create combinations. Also, don't forget quartz.
