Standing on a stone cutting inflicts damage

While I was playing on my survival world I saw a stone cutting and thought "Hmmmm it does have a giant saw on top so I wonder when I stand on it will it do damage" to my disappointment, I didn't, My idea is it does the same damage effect as a cactus and It would be cool to use stone cutting as traps as they look like giant saws

    Well, I think it should do more damage than what a cactus does, considering it is a saw.

    Given how dangerous a table saw this size would be, I think it should deal about 20 damage (I think a diamond sword is 8). And it should apply to ALL mobs (including players (obviously) and villagers), armor stands, sand and gravel should break, and I think even the wither and ender dragon. Any items that drop on top of it should be scooted off in one direction about 3 blocks.

    It makes a lot of sense and y wouldnt it be in game it is a saw and you can be killed by a berry bush
