Rare Biomes Spawn Adjustment

I think that the rare biomes need to be less rare because every time I load up a world, I pray and hope that I spawn in a rare biome because I want to see the Panda in the Jungles or Mooshrooms in the Mushroom Island Biome but I can never find them even if I search around the world everyday for good minutes at a time. So I think that you should make the rare biomes less rare and more findable.
