Controll option addition

I'd like for there be an option to disable the double tap to sprint control, it's incredibly inconvenient in a large amount of situations. The ability to disable it is the best of both worlds as those that like it simply won't turn it off and those that don't like it can turn it off.

  I suppose that would be okay.
