Efficient slowness potions effect

the slowness effect makes you slow in combat and even in jumping, strength potions will also effect arrows. Also. How about we change potion arrows like. Strength potions now have more damage value , slowfalling arrows have no gravity, speed arrows are fast like that! Wouldn’t it be much better?
