Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Storing books in bookshelves to increase the chance of certain enchantments

Bookshelves should have 3-5 slots like a hopper. You can store enchantment books in there to increase the chance of the same enchantment appearing in the enchantment table.  If you were to put a sharpness V book in, it would probably show up in the enchantment table as sharpness III or IV. I think this would be good for having libraries, where instead of just looking nice, it can be a place to store enchanting books that you can put in your enchanting room.

    Having the texture change for the different number of books on the Shelf would be good for builders as well. Also, having Spruce Bookshelves should be added ASAP. I'm honestly surprised it didn't come in 1.13 with the trapdoors and buttons.
