bedrock minecraft ping instead of bars

right now i get no info on lets say bedrock server but for 3 green bars, thats not enough info at lest on pc or option give us the option to include the ping that gives us numbers. for some reason even though it has a good connection i can't shoot any arrows in mineplex because there is a 10s-20s delay before it gets fired.
which is super questionable
