Add game mode that allows mobs to fight each other

There should be a game mode that allows all entities to become hostile towards other entities resulting in a fight to the deat, this world make for epic (and humorous) battles such as Wither vs Wither, Skeleton vs Stray, Drowned vs Husk, Cow vs Sheep. This would also have to affect mobs added by Addons.

    Most Hostile mobs can already fight one another, as Withers will attack any non-undead mobs, and mobs hit by a Skeleton's arrow attempt to fight back. In addition, the change you are asking about would be a gameRULE not a "gamemode", as the current world modes are Peaceful <-> Hard (only changing mob spawnrate, health, and damage) while the current player modes are Adventure, Survival, Creative, Spectator.

    Minecraft should add daggers to the game but they don't do as much damage as swords.
