Enchantment: Infinity II

There should be a Infinity II enchantment for bows to allow them to be able to have an infinite amount of tipped arrows just like Infinity I but Instead the arrow can be tipped.

    I think if you don't have a tipped arrow, you should also not need any arrow for this... basically, as far as regular arrows, it would be like you were in creative.
