(Feature Request) Allow behavior pack only add-ons in Store

Also Behavior and texture ones to be grouped with the category because mods need textures too.

I really just wanna have cars in a creative world, but I can't do that because the cars are part of a mash-up. Of course disable achievements for these things, but it would add so much potential. Examples include enhanced archery physics, Battle Royale but it's your battlefield, airdrops, and much more. I would love to have this see the light of day, and think it would add a lot more customization on consoles and iOS where you can't just make one using a code editor.

    Or just wanting to add mod like things to a survival world with your friends. This would explode the minecraft market since modded adventures with large friend groups is something not yet done on other games. With more people coming back to minecraft this would strengthen the games staying power even more
