Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Rammed Earth from Dirt (Like Sandstone)

This is something I suggested a very very long time ago when feedback was given on another site, well before Microsoft purchased Minecraft.

As a landscaper player, I always end up with prodigious volumes of dirt. It's cool that I can make these into course dirt (and podzol with some effort), but I always thought it might be awesome to make a soft stone-type block like sandstone called rammed earth.

This block would have the same set of blocks as sandstone--stairs, slabs, cobbled, chiseled, and smooth.
