Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Barrel drum variant: Double chest

Hello,

I think there should be a new block called a drum, which is essentially two barrels placed side-by-side, kind of like a double chest. It could have the same storage as a double chest, just be able to open from all sides and won't require any space to be opened. This will bring Minecraft closer to the real world, as there are small barrels and big drums in real life.

The texture for the drum can be like this: (similar to a barrel)

    I feel like you should be able to stack them to add double storage that fits vertically

    My preferred solution would be having to align them so instead of putting one barrel next to another like on a double chest, you put one barrel on top of the other following their alignment. So if you place a sideways barrel, like on a wall storage, you should place the 2nd barrel in front/on the back of the other one to get double capacity.
