Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Blankets?

I don't know if this would just make the game harder, but I reckon this would be a cool update... (I don't know if this has been added in a mod either) I couldn't find any of the same suggestion, only one called 'Apparel', but that was slightly different.

Anyway, to the point. What if you have to craft blankets to wear when you go into the snow biome? They could be crafted the same way that chestplates are crafted, only out of wool. They could be worn in the place where you would wear chestplates or elytra.

When in the snow biome, you would have to wear a blanket, or you would start to slowly take damage, kind of like frostbite I guess. However, if you were inside a structure in the snow biome then you wouldn't have to wear the blanket.

Anyone agree?
