The Nether Necklace is an item worn on the Helmet Slot. It craft it with 2 Magma Blocks, 3 String, 1 Wither Skull, and 2 Nether Stars. It gives you two abilities, which will be listed below.
Wither's Aspect. It gives any melee attack the Withering 2 Effect for 5 seconds. It makes your weapon of choice take 3x more damage, however.
Circle of the Nether. Double Jumping sends you 10 Blocks into the air, creating a circle of lava and magma blocks in a 6x6 radius around you. It also sends any nearby mobs 5 blocks into the air.
Why I think this should be added is because it would be like a reward for endgame players, also giving incentive to complete the game.
How I think this should be done is: Wither's Aspect applies a Wither effect to the entity you hit, sort of like it would a command. Circle Of The Nether would be done also like a command, replacing the blocks with either lava or Magma Blocks. the Mobs around it would also be launched up like a slime block. It could work like a Totem Of Undying, but affecting the environment rather than the player.
