Saved Elytra Trajectory

When holding the crouch button while flying with an Elytra, the angle your flying at should lock, allowing you to use things like bows and tridents without throwing off your flight trajectory.

    I was so excited when I finally got my Elytra. Then disappointed as I couldn’t really see the world, since I had to aim with my view. So yes, I’m all for this change. I want to enjoy the bird-eye view :).

    What will be the trajectory when the crouch button is released? Is the view resetted to saved/locked angle, or will the flight trajectory suddenly change to current view?

    Even just being able to look around would be a game changer, but I love the additional idea of being able to use items more reliably equally well.

    Great suggestion, and I think more people need to be brought to the attention of this concept. Wish I knew some influential creators so we could get the word out.
    I created this account just to post this idea, but found you and at least one other already did (not too surprised though).
    Best of luck getting this to Mojang and the community. I know we would all greatly appreciate it if it were implemented.
