If Players Mine the Same Block it Breaks Faster

The title says it all. It makes a lot of sense. If multiple players mine say Obsidian it will break faster then just one player mining it.

    I like this suggestion! I feel that on servers with your friends, this would be fabulous if you were building a base together, per say.

    I feel like this would be pretty complicated to implement; also, if I understand correctly, Minecraft is balanced around singleplayer mode, not multiplayer mode. However, if Mojang decides that neither of those are problems, then I'd be happy to see this added.
