If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Castle Ruins would be a great place for clues about Nether Portals, also could include books of lore within the ruins.

Almost exactly what I was thinking about, but just a structure, like a stronghold but above ground, specifically in taiga or mega taiga biomes. The general shape would be just a squared castle wall in ruins, with some spawners and some loot, mostly just iron tools and some random stuff, or similar stuff to jungle or desert temples, villages, strongholds, etc. Maybe in a dungeon underground, surrounded by mazes and enemies, maybe a lot chest with some enchanted books or tools. Cool easy base, xp farm, whatever. Also, maybe a new mob? Something like a zombie variant, a "zombie knight", that spawns exclusively in these structures, and ALWAYS spawns with full iron armor and sword, and drop some iron when defeated. That would make a cool iron farm too.

Yes, I love this idea. It could be an extension of the Ruined Portal. We desperately need more interesting naturally generated ruined structures in the overworld.

I'd like it to be quite large to. Something like the size of a stronghold, or even larger.

I really like the idea of a Machu Picchu biome with cobblestone walls here and there. There shouldn't be much loot. It should only be cosmetic. It will feel even more ancient if you can find nothing special there, only cool visuals. Though maybe the new archaeology could have something to do with this biome.
