Faster building in creative mode

One of the things that annoy me in creative mode is low speed in destroying and placing blocks.

It would be nice if player in creative could use any diamond tool (left or main hand) to remove blocks as fast as efficiency 5 diamond tools with haste 2 in survival.

Also an ability to place down blocks extremly fast would be nice but I don't really know how it would work. Maybe just a tool in hand, left or main? It's annoying when you have to slow down so blocks you are placing can catch up, even when you are spamming right click like crazy.

If the player is in creative mode, we can assume they can use commands. If they can use commands and have no access to things like MCEdit or such things, they can still use commands such as /fill, /clone, etc.
