Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

If only cauldrons would allow the players to remove dye of wool blocks. They can only do that on leather armor sadly.

What i want is for the player to use the dye again after it is removed from the wool, that's more than what a cauldron does for leather armor

I like the concept, but I don't know if a new block is necessary for the task.

I was thinking about ways to get large quantities of each color dye. For example if you want a bunch of colored concrete. With some sheep you can easily get a large amount of wool of your desired color. What if you could dye water in a caldron with the wool, fill a bucket or glass bottle with the colored water, then smelt said water container to produce the dye component?

I was thinking something like 1 bucket of water and 9 wool of the same color to give 3 dye (and give back the bucket minus the water)

Was about to give feedback on the same thing. I really want the ability to do that.

What if it removed a “dye fragment” and you would need to combine multiple to get your dye back
