creeper dimension

this dimension has 4 creatures creeper,slime,iron golem,and guardians this dimension will have a wither storm in it the portal will be found in the sky or built by 12 mob skulls surrounding 1 slime block set on fire with lava

    It must be simple place one slime block and then put a creeper head on top of it then blow it up and then a portal will summon and 4 or 5 charged creepers
