Lightning Storms

When a thunderstorm occurs, there is a 10% chance for it to be a lightning storm.  This means that there would be a thunderstorm with no rain, and fire set by the lightning would not be immediately extinguished.  It would create an actual reason for players to protect their bases against fire.  Lightning storms would not occur in peaceful mode.

    Yeah, I totally agree to this one and also will make it less boring and more challenging.
