Really Important: I don’t know how to tell how much attack power, efficiency, protection, or where the new ores spawn so I can only say how hard they are and what some of them can be used for. Sorry.
This topic will be talking about adding more ores into the world of Minecraft and what they can be used for. I came up with multiple types of minerals that should be added in game and the best part about these minerals is that I only researched one mineral per color that exists in Minecraft. You can have pink swords, red armor, purple tools and they all have their own attack power, efficiency, durability, protection, and 2 very special minerals that are very interesting. Here is one of the new minerals that Mojang should add:
White - Moonstone:
Hardness: Unknown
Uses: Its own block and something else
Info: Another mineral that can be found in the Overworld and it’s very beautiful. It has special properties during a special event called a Lunar Eclipse(I’m not gonna be talking about the event since someone else already came up with it.). When the player holds the Moonstone or places it on a Lectern it will give off a glow. It will glow for 10 seconds and then will it will turn into a Spectral Moonstone. There are different types of Moonstones depending on where the player is and they will give the player different effects if it’s put in their hand or off hand.
White Spectral Moonstone
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern on a Quartz Block during a lunar eclipse
Use: Unknown
How to Activate: The player must hold the Moonstone in their main or off hand
Blue Spectral Moonstone
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern in the water during a lunar eclipse
Use: Give the player speed 1 on land but in water it gives them Dolphins Grace
How to Activate: The player must hold the Moonstone in their main or off hand
Green Spectral Moonstone
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern on grass during a lunar eclipse
Use: Gives the player Jump Boost 1
How to Activate: The player must hold the Moonstone in their main or off hand
Orange Spectral Moonstone
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern in the Nether during a lunar eclipse
Use: Give the player Haste 1
How to Activate: The player must hold the Moonstone in their main or off hand
Red Spectral Moonstone
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern on a Nether Fortress during a lunar eclipse
Use: Gives the player Strength 1
How to Activate: The player must hold the Moonstone in their main or off hand
Yellow Spectral Moonstone
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern on a Gold Block during a lunar eclipse
Use: Give the player 3 Absorption hearts
How to Activate: The player must hold the Moonstone in their main or off hand
Purple Spectral Moonstone:
How to Obtain: Hold the Moonstone or on a Lectern in The End during a lunar eclipse
