Additional Weapon parts

Make weapons parts like diamond blade with gold handle like it tinkers construct gave it as an option like the free map

    It means to have individual parts of the aspen or tool like a hande or blade and create your own aspen and or tool.

    Having more complicated crafting recipes doesn't really do anything except make the game harder without reason.

    For this to be OK, these complicated weopons need Benefits to them. I don't see how having a gold handle would help. Gold just breaks quickly for no reason. Maybe if you could Edge a Diamond Sword with glowstone dust it would make your target glow for a while. If some things like sugar smeared on the Sword you would have Speed while holding that Sword. Small things like that would makae a huge difference in PvP situations. A combat update is needed though and this idea has potential.

    I think you should be able to use differed wood sticks, blaze rods, end rods, and bones for handles

    Adding new way of creating tools wouldn't make it harder if it is with additional to the standard form of crafting them, it would enable personalisation of them with greater degree but at the cost of durability, efficiency etc, so if it had a obsidian handle and pick it would have a higher efficiency on mining harder material like obsidian but would be slower than other picks but have a higher durability which might be more worth it for players trying to clear a area

    Please make swords that have slash blades.
