Beacon effects apply to every entity in it's reach

    And, most importantly, regeneration gives undead mobs poison.

    This is a good idea, however, if it affects every mob, it would cancel out the usefulness of the affects. Creepers would still be the same speed relative to you, Illagers would have their health regenerate when you attack them, etc. Therefore, it should only affect passive mobs and undead mobs
