(18w43b) Crossbow with Multishot

The crossbow enchantments are really good, however I do have one suggestion. With Multishot, the crossbow should take 3 arrows and if you only have two, lower the number of arrows to the number you have.

    Multishot now works on bows in 24w09a, so the same should happen to bows.
