Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

bamboo should just be sticks

you shouldn't be able to craft bamboo into sticks using 2 bamboo you should just treat the bamboo as a stick itself so instead of needing to craft a stick with two bamboo you could just treat the bamboo itself as a stick in the crafting recipe

    If it's ever possible and not too much to add, making the tools/weapons or even ladders and torches that are made out of the bamboo sticks, have a nice bamboo texture that works with the item crafted
