An endgame staff to control zombies and skeletons

This staff will allow for taming of zombies and skeletons and will have a right click interface when you use it on a tamed zombie or skeleton, this will give you control over what it attacks (hostile mobs, players, both) and where it goes (follows you, wanders, stays put) and tamed zombies and skeletons would also be able to be given weapons and armor. Excellent endgame option.
