Add Ranks to single player worlds

They need to add ranks in front of usernames 

(pic removed, as it did not clearly seem to relate to what you were asking for ~nb)

    Use /team and modify your team (e.g.: preffix show up in front of your name, suffixes show up behind of your name,...)
