Secondary Route for Leaving the End (creative)

Add a way for creative players to get out of the end without killing the Ender Dragon or killing themselves. Definately not for survival, but perhaps a command or creative-exclusive item that allows the player to leave the end (or the nether) without an activated portal.

Moved to Gameplay, despite being biome specific, it belongs here as it is not really about the biome itself, but a mechanic that is a gameplay issue for creative mode players.
