Framed Windows

  The Glass block in Minecraft looks good but could look much better, I think that including the Glass Framed Block into Minecraft would be very much appreciated.

 

Crafting Recipe: 

 

  Why it's needed: I believe that this would create a unique accent to any rustic or non-modern builds, and would serve as a nice cosmetic update.

  The glass block comes in so many colors and can be made into panes, but I think this would top it all off nicely.

    Have a same idea, too bad you didn't include any pictures of examples of such glass. If it did, there would be much bigger chance it would be popular, now we will probably never see new glass.

    I really, really agree. It would also be really nice with glass panes. Maybe the recipe could be a log, concrete, terracotta or glazed terracotta surrounded by any glass. Making pane versions would just be the same recipe for normal panes, but with the framed glass. Perhaps Mojang could even add a new block which allows players to create different variants of blocks that are used in decoration to assist with the frames. It could be used for glazed terracotta and maybe the different prismarines. Plus other different blocks could be added for this new decoration block maker thing, maybe custom doors?

    Also, beds with banners. :P

    I was thinking iron ingots (I know iron can be expensive without an iron farm) for an iron frame that could give a more “intricate” design on the panes but I like your idea too about the framed blocks with the wood too
